Shipping

Please allow 5-10 days for packaging and processing. Depending on the size and weight of your order, multiple shipping options may be available at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on factors such as the service selected, distance and in some cases, weather.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, I do not accept returns. However, depending on inventory and/or circumstance, a replacement may be a possible solution—in most cases, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.


ReFUND POLICY

Full or partial refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and must meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • An item has a non-cosmetic defect not shown or mentioned in the listing.

  • An item is significantly different from its photos and description.

  • You received the wrong item and it cannot be replaced.*

Please note that each piece may vary slightly in size, shape, color and glaze. These variations are what make each piece unique and add to the character of the product. Review a product’s photos and description thoroughly before making a purchase, as they are intended to help set expectations and prevent any unwelcome surprises.

*To receive a refund or replacement, the item must be securely packaged and returned in its original condition.


shipping issues

Unfortunately, I have no control over a package once it leaves my possession. Therefore, should your order be lost or damaged in transit, you’ll need to file a claim with the appropriate mailing service in order to be reimbursed for the item(s).**

Please take a photo of your package prior to opening it. In the event that your order arrives damaged, shipping providers may require a photo of the item and its packaging in order to issue a reimbursement.

If your order is lost in transit, you can file a Lost Package claim on the provider’s website and may be eligible for a refund from the shipping provider if it’s not found.

**Only available for parcels insured against loss or damage.
